Printed Newsletter FAQ
Q. Do you
mail bulk rate for us?
A. This is a newsletter for building your
image. We will print your bulk rate markings
on the right upper corner of the heading
with your other information leaving an area
for your customer label. Mailing it with a
postmark from our post office, which can be
thousands of miles from your office,
destroys your image of the writer of the
newsletters. We ship by UPS direct to you,
your mailing service or any address that you
request.
Q. Does the
newsletter have any advertising for The
Saylor Company or your name on the
copyright?
A. This newsletter does not have The Saylor
Company name on it anywhere. It is published
with your image in mind, not ours and
appears to be written by you or your
company.
Q. Our
office has 22 agents. Is it possible for
each agent to have their own heading and
back page.
A. Yes, Each agent can have their own
personalized newsletter for an additional
charge of $10.00 per month per each heading.
For their personalized back page, there is
an additional charge of $20.00 per page.
Q. Will I be
embarrassed by another office mailing into
my farming area?
A. We give exclusive cities or zip codes to
the subscriber and no other real estate
company is accepted in your farming area.
This on a first come, first served basis.
There is no extra cost to the subscriber for
this exclusive service.
Q. What does
it cost and how do I pay for this service?
A. Go to the Services page for complete
information on pricing and payment.
Q. How often
can the information on the back page be
changed? And how much does it cost to make
changes?
A. The back page can be changed monthly and
there is no extra charge for this service.
It's FREE! If there are multiple back pages
per office there is a small monthly charge
of $20.00 for each agent per issue.
Q. An
associate and I share an office and work
closely together. Can we have both of our
pictures and information on the newsletter?
If so, how much extra does this cost?
A. Yes, you can share the same front and
back page information at no extra cost.
Q. Is there
a long term contract for this service?
A. No, the newsletter can be cancelled at
any time with a 30 day notice.
